2021 Lincoln Continental Redesign and Concept. The latest reports are saying that the Continental sedan will continue its journey. There were a lot of stories about the end of the production. It seems like we are going to see a new 2021 Lincoln Continental. The main reason for killing this model is the low sales of regular cars across the globe and especially in the United States.
Ford’s Michigan plant needs room for the upcoming all-electric models. For some reason, Continental will continue its tenth-generation for another year. What to expect? Basically, nothing new as this vehicle is a carryover. This is the last Continental version we are going to see.

Engine Specs
Nothing will change under the hood either. The forthcoming 2021 Lincoln Continental will once again ride on a proven twin-turbo engine. It is a 3.0-liter V6 equipped with an AWD system and Dynamic Torque Vectoring.
This potent powertrain can produce up to 400 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. Its fuel economy has been rated at 17 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway. This mid-size luxury sedan offers a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.
2021 Continental Exterior Design
It is a real shame to lose one such stylish sedan. Markets are demanding crossovers, SUVs, and pickups. Simply, there is no room for sedans anymore. Still, this four-door sedan looks very impressive. Whatsoever, it is one of a few luxury sedans that can actually rival German competitors. The current model arrived with more chrome accents, especially around the grille. Chrome exhausts are looking incredible. All of these features are relatively fresh and are providing an astonishing design.
The all-new 2021 Lincoln Continental won’t be that new as the arriving version won’t introduce any type of upgrades. Still, its impressive twelve-color palette will remain, which is a good thing. Exterior paints such as Blue Diamond, Black Velvet, Iced Mocha, and Burgundy Velvet are once again available. Premium colors such as Ingot Silver, Ruby Red, and Chroma Caviar are in the offer for one last time.
Luxury is Everywhere
We don’t know what to say about interior design. Luxury is everywhere and it is one of the best interiors we can imagine. The 2021 Lincoln Continental is simply a piece of art. A long list of standard equipment and high-quality materials are making this sedan truly great. We don’t know if Lincoln plans to offer some of the latest safety systems and driver-assistance aids.
Still, a five-seat interior layout remains, along with the premium amenities such as leather upholstery and ambient lighting. Features such as adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, blind-spot monitors and rearview camera will be offered as standard.
2021 Lincoln Continental Price and Release Date
It is the last version of the Continental sedan. New 2021 Lincoln Continental starts at $46,500. On the other hand, its range-topping Black Label trim level costs over $70,000.
The release date is not available yet but the last quarter of 2020 is the most realistic outcome. There is a rumor going about the last special edition before this luxury mid-size sedan goes off into the sunset.
